Reservations and Scheduling

While reservations are not required for professional photography sessions, we recommend contacting us ahead to check if the farm has been booked for the day. This helps us ensure there are no scheduling conflicts and allows us to provide you with any necessary instructions.

Sharing Our Farm

Please be aware that our farm is open to visitors, and your photography session will share the space with customers enjoying the scenery. As photographers, please avoid displacing or obstructing farm visitors during your shoot.

Respect and Courtesy

Kindness and respect are expected from all photographers, clients, and party members. Our staff is here to assist, but they are not responsible for directing clients or managing your session. It is important that your clients have your contact information for any questions or directions.

Arrival and Instructions

Photographers are kindly asked to arrive 20-30 minutes early to receive instructions on parking and designated areas for your shoot. This ensures a timely start and minimizes disruption.

Dress Appropriately for the Weather

Please plan accordingly for the weather conditions. The farm may be muddy, rainy, and cold, depending on the season. We recommend dressing in layers, wearing waterproof shoes, and bringing rain gear if necessary. Proper preparation will help ensure a comfortable and successful photo session.

Respect for the Farm

We ask all photographers and participants to be respectful of our growing flowers and landscape. Please do not move plants, pots, boxes, or other items without prior approval. Items purchased from us may be moved or used with consent.

Conduct and Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any photography session that is disruptive to the farm or its visitors. Our goal is to provide a beautiful environment for everyone to enjoy safely.

Our farm assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to equipment or personal belongings during your session.
